O Living God, Father of tenderness,
In Christ, you gave yourself to live among us,
without judging us.

We ask you,
especially in these difficult days
to forgive our blunders
and our counter-testimonies
our difficulties in living in love
and our temptations to judge.
You who, even at the height of the storms
watch over your Church and breathe life into it,
be blessed for all eternity. Amen.
