Most Holy Redeemer, O Jesus, our Master and our King, it is to your divine Heart, ocean of love and goodness, that we owe the invaluable benefit of a Mission.

Touched with compassion at the sight of our miseries and the eternal misfortune that threatens us, you have resolved to save us. The missionaries who will come to us are your envoys: it is on your part that they will dispense us the bread of the divine word and bring us the joy of forgiveness. Make, O Lord, that, faithful to your grace, we respond with eagerness to the attentions of your mercy.
May the preaching of your eternal truth brightly enlighten our minds and touch our hearts deeply, so that we may understand our errors and make them a sincere penance.
To the poor souls plunged in the darkness of ignorance and error, grant the lights of faith.
To those who have grieved you with a life of iniquity, grant the grace of true conversion.
To lukewarms grant fervor; to the righteous, progress in virtue.
Send your Holy Spirit to all and the face of this parish (of this place) will be renewed.
And you, O Mary, Immaculate Virgin and Mother of Perpetual Help, you are the refuge and advocate of poor sinners. The more guilty we are, the more titles we have for your devotion.
Therefore we confidently dare to implore your powerful and motherly protection.
Our salvation is in your hands, plead our cause and intercede for us with your divine Son. Saint N ***, patron of the parish of N ***, pray for us during the blessed days of the Mission. So be it.
