O Lord Jesus Christ,
I entrust this intention to Your most Sacred Heart

(here make your request)
Just look at me,
and do what Your Heart inspires You.
Let Your Sacred Heart decide.
I rely on Him.

I trust in Him.
I throw myself into His Mercy.
Lord Jesus,
You will not fail me.
Sacred Heart of Jesus,
I trust in You.
Sacred Heart of Jesus,
I believe in your love for me.
Sacred Heart of Jesus,
may Your Kingdom come.
O Sacred Heart of Jesus,
I have asked for many graces,
but I implore this one ardently.
Take it,
place it in Your Sacred Heart.
When the Eternal Father sees it
covered with Your Precious Blood,
He will not refuse it.
It will no longer be my prayer
but Yours, O Jesus.
O Sacred Heart of Jesus,
I place my trust in You.
May I never be confused.

Amen.

Novena

A novena is a prayer that is done in 9 successive days. Through this type of prayer, one asks through the intercession of a saint, an angel, the Virgin Mary or directly to God himself, a favour. Numerous testimonies throughout the world show the effectiveness of novenas when they are made with strong faith.

Jesus

Jesus Christ is a central figure in Christianity. He is regarded as the incarnation of God.

The historical existence of Jesus is attested by archaeological research and by the accounts of Roman historians (Flavius Josephus, Tacitus, Suetonius).

At about the age of thirty, Jesus left Nazareth and began an itinerant public life. He calls his disciples and walks with them through Judea and Galilee. He teaches, he heals the sick, casts out demons, walks on water, forgives sins, raises the dead. He is attentive to children. He shares meals, a wedding party, pilgrimages to Jerusalem. He lives as a Jewish believer, goes to the synagogue, observes the Sabbath. He weeps, gets angry, experiences sadness, fatigue and thirst, compassion and even anguish. Jesus is known for his natural authority.

With all the miracles he performed, Jesus is the one to whom prayers should be addressed no matter what difficulties one faces.

Chaplet

According to the Larousse, the rosary is an object of devotion consisting of a sort of necklace of threaded grains, which one passes successively through one's fingers, reciting certain prayers, in particular, among Catholics, the Creed, the Pater and the Hail Mary.

The rosary is used in various religious traditions (under different names). It is used to count prayers recited repeatedly while shelling grains.

Self-confidence

Self-confidence is a fundamental element for success in everything we do. Having self-confidence allows you to face up to things, to assert yourself. When we have self-confidence, we transform our fears into positive energy.

Several prayers are gathered here on touteslesprieres.com to allow you to ask the Almighty to give the grace to obtain self-confidence.

Mercy

Mercy comes from the Latin misereri which means to have mercy and cor (heart).

Mercy is the deep attitude of the being characterised by the loving disposition to forgive. Sensitivity to the misery and suffering of others and a fundamental benevolence towards one's neighbour. This is one of the attributes of God that explains his entire plan for the salvation of humanity.

God's goodness is infinite because it is one aspect of his mercy (Ps 86:5).
