Saint Expedit defeat enemies
Lord Almighty God, who before all ages have ineffably begotten your Son with whom, and by whom you created all things visible and invisible;
I adore you, I praise you, I bless you, I glorify you.
Listen to me, do not reject the work of your hands, but save me from my enemies,
Lord, through your name, which is blessed for ever and ever.
Protector of all who hope in you, O my God, without whom there is nothing solid and nothing holy here on earth,
multiply in our souls the effects of your mercy, so that, taking you for my guide and for head,
I pass through my enemies without fear.
Lord God, who art our Father, our Creator, who created us to have the eternal joy of Heaven,
who are our strength, our help, our joy and our consolation;
who upheld David in his tribulations and delivered him continually from his enemies,
deliver me in my turn, through the intercession of the great and valiant Saint Expedit, your servant, from my enemies.
I humbly pray to you in this anguish, sadness and persecution that I suffer,
to come to my aid, to drive this worry out of my heart,
by placing me under the protection of your beloved Saint Expedit.
Do, oh my god, that during this pain, I don't think, say or do anything that makes me less pleasing to you.
Also make that I keep patience in this adversity and in all the others
by the continual remembrance of the passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ, your son,
and that all my thoughts, my actions, my words be regulated according to your holy will
while waiting for the eternal joy of Heaven where there will be no pain and no sadness.
O blessed and glorious Holy Dispatch, deploy your shield between me and my enemies,
that by the strength of your arm they will step back and give up the intention of harming me.
Saint Expedit, be in front of me, to my right, to my left, behind me
and do not allow any of those who seek to harm me to reach me.
May your powerful protection envelop me on all sides,
may my enemies be diverted from their path, may they be discouraged and abandon the plan to harm me.
O Saint Expedit, my hope and my confidence are in your powerful intervention.
I fear no harm because you are by my side to guide me and protect me.
O valiant Holy Dispatch, be glorified in heaven and on earth where your merits have been known for several centuries.
Praise be to your name, O you who have the privilege of being the servant of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
May the divine protection of Saint Expedit descend upon me and keep away from me, my home, my business and my work,
evil and those who intend to harm me.
May by the power of Saint Expeditate their works be destroyed in the name of God, the Father almighty,
through the sacrifice of Our Lord Jesus Christ and of his servant Saint Expedit.
