O very sweet Jesus, who came into the world to give all souls the life of your grace, and who, in order to preserve and nourish it in them, wanted to be the remedy and the daily nourishment of their daily weakness; we humbly beseech you, through your Heart ablaze with love for us, to pour out your divine spirit on all souls,
so that those who unfortunately are in mortal sin may be converted to you and recover the life of the grace which they have lost, and that those who, by your help, already live of this divine life, approach devoutly every day, when they can, from your Holy Table: so that, by means of daily Communion, receiving every day the counter-poison of their daily venial sins and feeding every day in them the life of your grace, and thus always purifying more, they finally come to the possession of the blissful life with You. So be it.
