When I look at the Tabernacle, I know the love is there! May you, O Jesus, looking at my heart, say in your turn: This is where I am loved! Give me your love, O Jesus, I beg you by the merits of the blood you shed for me. I cannot end any prayer without asking for your love ... I would believe I had obtained nothing if, to the graces of your presence, you did not add the gift of a new degree of love for you.
O my Jesus, with what delicacy at the Holy Table you show us your love, and how happy I am to know the purpose! Oh! yes, I also love you, I love you with all my strength, and I only want to love you. Take in my heart all the sacrifices necessary for its union with you ... And when you come to claim them, do me the grace to repeat to you tenderly: Take, my good Master, I love you above all things! Yes, I love you, O Infinite Goodness, and I want to love you more than any creature, because none of them have loved me, and have done me so good as you. What graces you have granted me through so many communions, without having been able to captivate my love!
A single glance of yours should be enough to touch my heart ... Saint Thérèse says "that one of those glances so sweet to the souls you hold to be yours is enough to reward many years spent in your service." But also, she adds: "O great God! How difficult it is to convey this truth, if not to those who have already understood how sweet the Lord is!" Ah! if, for many years, you had been content, O Jesus, to cast a glance at me, that glance would have been an immense grace ... Yet it would still be insufficient for my heart. I need everything Yourself, my God, to satisfy my insatiable desire to possess you, and I dare say that the holy Host does not sufficiently satisfy my thirst to contemplate you, O sovereign Beauty, who by faith attract my soul ! I cannot come to the Holy Table without hearing, deep in my heart, this word which strongly moved your penitent apostle: "Do you love me more than the others?" I have sinned more than he, I owe you more love. Ah! that I would like to answer as tenderly as Saint Peter: "Yes, Lord, you know that I love you!" Let me repeat to you after Saint Bernard: "I love you because I love you, for no other reason for my love than my love itself." I would like to love you passionately like the saints.
I would like your love to excite me to generous acts and consume my life, leaving it no other attraction than the Eucharist. I would like, if it is your good pleasure, that each of my sighs, that each beat of my heart was an act of love for you, and that you remain always as present in my thoughts as you are at this moment! ... weaken in my imagination, the too vivid image of creatures; make them remember them less frequently; concentrate my excessive sensitivity in yourselves, and do not let me disperse my affection over the things of the time.

To God, the being above all, nothing is impossible. Everything is possible with him. Whatever difficulties you find yourself in, trust in him, have faith. Pray to him and he will answer you.
Prayers addressed directly to God do not go through any intermediary. He receives them as they are. Some people prefer this type of prayer where they speak, in their hearts, directly to God.
God is present everywhere. Within us and without us. Even when we think we are alone, he is there. He sees us, he listens to us. He knows us better than we know ourselves.
Like a good father with his children, he is compassionate, merciful and always ready to forgive us our failings and sins.
Let us entrust ourselves to him, ask him for the grace to be a reflection of his love for mankind. Let us entrust ourselves to him and be attentive to the different signs and messages that he sends us every day, within us or outside us through our fellow human beings.
