Psalm 35
35.1
From David. Lord! defend me against my adversaries, Fight against those who fight against me!
35.2
Take hold of the shield, small and large, and arise to help me!
35.3
Wield spear and javelin against my persecutors! Say to my soul: I am your salvation!
35.4
Let them be ashamed and confused, those who want my life! May they recoil and blush, those who meditate on my loss!
35.5
May they be like chaff blown in the wind, and the angel of the Lord drive them out.
35.6
May their way be dark and slippery, and may the angel of the Lord pursue them.
35.7
For without cause they stretched out their net for me over a pit, Without cause they dug it to kill me.
35.8
May ruin overtake them, May they be caught in the net they have spread, May they fall and perish!
35.9
And my soul shall have joy in the Lord, and gladness in his salvation.
35.10
All my bones will say, Lord! Who can, like you, Deliver the unfortunate from a stronger than himself, The unhappy and the poor from him who robs him?
35.11
False witnesses rise up: They question me about what I do not know.
35.12
They give me back evil for good: My soul is abandoned.
35.13
And I, when they were sick, I put on a sack, I humiliated my soul by fasting, I prayed, my head bent on my breast.
35.14
As for a friend, for a brother, I dragged myself slowly; As for the mourning of a mother, I bowed sadly.
35.15
Then, when I stagger, they rejoice and assemble, They assemble without my knowledge to insult me, They tear me apart relentlessly;
35.16
With the wicked, the mocking parasites, They gnash their teeth against me.
35.17
Lord! How long will you see him? Protect my soul against their snares, My life against the lion cubs!
35.18
I will praise you in the great assembly; I will praise you in the midst of a great people.
35.19
Let not those who are wrongly my enemies rejoice over me, Let not those who hate me without a cause look down on me!
35.20
For they speak a language which is not that of peace, They plan deception against the quiet people of the land.
35.21
They open their mouths against me, They say: Ah! ah! our eyes are watching! -
35.22
Lord, you see it! do not remain silent! Lord, don't get away from me!
35.23
Wake up, wake up to do me justice! My God and my Lord, defend my cause!
35.24
Judge me according to your righteousness, O Lord my God! And let them not be happy about me!
35.25
Let them not say in their hearts: Ah! this is what we wanted! Let them not say: We have swallowed it up!
35.26
May they all be ashamed and confused together, Those who rejoice in my misfortune! Let them put on ignominy and reproach, Those who rise up against me!
35.27
Let them be glad and be glad, Those who take pleasure in my innocence, And let them say without ceasing: Exalted be the Lord, Who desires the peace of his servant.
35.28
And my tongue will praise your righteousness; it will speak your praise every day.

There are 150 psalms in the Bible and they are attributed to King David. According to some beliefs, each psalm has a key, a secret, which, when used with the psalm, can solve a specific problem.
In the Koran, the Book of Psalms is called the Zabur.
Human beings are in a constant struggle on all levels against the forces of darkness, against the elements of nature and against their fellow human beings.
The psalms can be used by humans in this perpetual struggle against the forces of evil. With the psalms we can praise God, ask for the prosperity of the earth's goods, implore graces and blessings, ask for protection against enemies, defeat enemies, cure physical and spiritual illnesses, ask for help in court trials, for good luck, to ask for God's help in all circumstances, against fire, storms, storms, to have a good journey, etc.
It is important to know, as in everything we can undertake, to have FAITH. For FAITH lifts mountains. With faith, everything can succeed, whatever the obstacles.
