+ In the name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen!
Lord Jesus, Son of the living God, come and cover us with your Precious Blood; come and cover these places and all the people present here and in our hearts.
Jesus of Nazareth, take authority over this disease (name the disease). By the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ and the Power of the Holy Spirit, Lord God dries up this evil. In case there is a sick spirit: cast out Jesus Christ every evil spirit.
In the name of Jesus of Nazareth and by the Power of the Holy Spirit I now make the sign of the cross so that Jesus Christ may descend into the depths of his being all the graces of healing that he wishes to give.
May the Resurrection Power of Jesus Christ pervade all body, soul, and spirit of (say the sick person's name) and be filled with the Glory of God. Give him Lord the courage to endure this ordeal and light his way.
