I want to thank you Lord; with all my heart I want to thank you without forgetting a single one of your benefits.

For you have forgiven all my faults, healed all my illnesses; you fill me with tenderness and goodness.

You fill my life with happiness. You renew me by your Holy Spirit. You have brought me justice against my oppressors. Thank you Lord, for you are kind and compassionate, patient and of immense goodness.

You do not constantly reproach. You do not hold grudges forever.

You did not punish us as we deserved, You did not make us pay the price for our faults.

a father loves his children.

You know well the fragility of our life which blooms like the grass of the field and disappears without a trace as soon as the burning wind passes.
I thank You, my Lord, for Your unfailing loyalty.

I put my hope in You because You will fulfil Your magnificent promises for me.

Yes, I rely on Your words of life, You who have redeemed me and filled me with good things.

I cuddle up to You like a little child to its mother.

Blessed are You, Lord my God, my victory and my joy!

Blessed are you, for your love is eternal and I love you with all my heart.
Amen! Hallelujah!

(from Psalms 103 and 130)
