With all my strength,
that you gave me, I sought you out
Wanting to see what I believed.
And I have struggled and suffered.
My God, my Lord, my only hope,
Grant that I may never tire of seeking you;
With passion, without ceasing
I seek your Face.
You who gave me the chance to find you,
Give me the courage to seek you again,
And hope to find you more and more.
Before you, my solidity: keep it.
Heal my frailty before you.
Before you, all that I can,
All that I do not know.
Where you have opened the door,
I enter: welcome me.
Where you have closed me,
I call out: open to me.
Grant me
Not to forget you.
Allow me
To understand you.
