In the name of Jesus Christ,
I put on the armour of God.
With truth for a belt,
Justice for a breastplate,
The shoes of zeal to proclaim the Gospel.
I grasp the shield of Faith,
the helmet of salvation,
The sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.
Yes the Lord is my strength!
I stand upright and raise my head before my enemies.
Since God is for me, who will be against me?
The Lord is my stronghold,
In Him I will fear no evil,
He is my help and my defender.
Amen!
