O Jesus, My beloved Savior, present at the tabernacle to be the strength, the joy and the nourishment of our souls, I come to consecrate myself to your precious blood and to swear to you an inviolable love and fidelity. Penetrated with pain at the memory of your sufferings at the sight of your cross and at the thought of your blood that so many ungrateful souls insulting and despising I desire by consecrating my whole being to you to rejoice your heart and make you forget my own offenses and those of my brothers.
I no longer want to live, o Jesus, except through your Blood and for your Blood which I take forever for my treasure and the dearest object of my love.
O Merciful Redeemer deign to regard me as a perpetual worshiper of your Most Precious Blood and to accept my prayers, my works and my sacrifices as so many acts of reparation of love. Heavenly wine which germinates purity and strength, flood my soul and make a living chalice from which grace continually escapes and on those who love you and especially on the poor sinners who offend you.
Teach me how to honor yourself and how to attract cold hardened hearts to you so that they will feel how much your consolations surpass those of the earth. O blood of my crucified Savior, detach me from the world and from the spirit of the world make me love suffering and sacrifice by walking in the footsteps of Saint Catherine of Siena who loved You so much and whom I choose today for patron special.
Be O Most precious blood my strength in the trials and battles of exile and grant that at the hour of death I may bless you for having been the consolation and sanctification of my life before being at heaven the eternal object of my praise and my love.
So be it.
