Saint Expedit thanksgivingSay this prayer to Saint Expedit to thank him when the prayers you have addressed to God through the intercession of Saint Expedit have been answered.
It is with a deeply moved and troubled heart that I come to You today...
O glorious and mighty Saint Expedit.
In the hour of danger, when my happiness
and my loved ones were threatened,
I implored You, with an afflicted and apprehensive soul...
I begged Thee, whom all call the Holy One of the impossible,
the desperate-case lawyer, the last-minute shelter...
My trust in You was not disappointed.
I return to You now, no longer with tears of suffering in my eyes,
but joy and serenity in my heart, offer you my infinite gratitude.
This joy, this serenity, I owe it to You, dear Saint,
to You who intervened on my behalf with God, despite my unworthiness,
and got me the grace I desired.
I would rather express to you the deep sense of gratitude
my heart is filled with, O Holy Martyr, O Comforter of the afflicted,
but the very turmoil caused by the happiness of having been granted this grace...
paralyzes my expressions, and I can only whisper: Thank you...thank you...thank you...Holy Expedit!...
So, to show You in a more real way my infinite gratitude,
I promise You to spread with ever-increasing zeal
the knowledge of Your worship,
to make you loved by those who still ignore you,
and do not have the happiness of having experienced your infinite benevolence as I have.
I promise to help, as much as my possibilities allow,
in the maintenance of Your worship, and to attend as much as possible
at the services held in Your honor.
To make myself ever more worthy of Heaven's help and Your Holy protection,
...I'm making a resolution, starting today,
to carry out my Christian duties with greater awareness and fervor.
O dear Saint Expedit,
I entrust You with the care of presenting to God these sincere resolutions,
and to thank him for me for the grace generously bestowed upon me.
Please never abandon me,
and continue to keep me under Your holy and active protection.
so that after you've enjoyed it on this Earth,
I may one day find you in Heaven
and to tell you better how grateful I am.
So be it.

Cela faisait un an que j’etais perdue. Je ne savais plus ... Cher Saint Expedit, je t’ai fait part de ma tristesse, de mes souffrances. Tu as écouté mes prières, Tu as intercédé pour moi auprès de notre Seigneur Jesus Christ. Et le 29 juillet 2020, tu as rendu l’impossible possible. Pour la première fois depuis un an, j’ai eu des larmes de joie.
Cher Saint Expedit, mon âme, mon esprit, mon cœur te remercient. La force de ton bras, la puissance de ton bouclier me protègent et me réconfortent.
je te rends grâce et gloire à Toi Saint Expedit.
