54.1
(54: 1) To the Chief Musician. With stringed instruments. Song of David. (54: 2) When the Ziphites came and said to Saul: Is not David hidden among us? (54: 3) O God! save me by your name, and do me justice by your power.

(54: 4) O God! hear my prayer, Listen to the words of my mouth!

(54: 5) For strangers have risen up against me, violent men are after my life; They don't focus their thoughts on God. -Pause.

(54: 6) Behold, God is my help, the Lord is the upholder of my soul.

(54: 7) Evil will fall on my adversaries; Annihilate them, in your fidelity!

(54: 8) I will gladly offer you sacrifices; I will praise your name, O Lord! because it is favorable,

(54: 9) For he delivers me from all distress, and my eyes rejoice at the sight of my enemies.
