to be known by every good Christian to God Spirituality eternal life
My Jesus, whenever I say:
Praise be to God, or else:
May the will of God be done,
By that I mean accepting everything
you have arranged or ordained from all eternity,
relative to me.
I don't want another office,
other dwelling,
other clothes,
other food,
other health,
other life,
than what you like me to have.
I don't want a job or talent
no fortune than what you intended for me.
If you don't want my business to succeed,
if my businesses must fail,
that my prizes are lost,
may all my goods be taken from me; I want it.
If you want me to be despised,
frowned upon, defamed,
mistreated even by my closest;
I want it too.If you want me to get poorer,
that I still live
in trances and anxieties;
I want it too.
If you want me to always be sick,
covered with wounds,
crippled in a bed,
abandoned by all;
i want it the same way
and for as long as you want.
I put my life in your hands,
and I accept the death you intend for me,
that of my parents and friends;
well, whatever you like to send me.
I also want everything
you want for what
concerns my spiritual benefit.
I want to love you during this life
with all my might,
and go love you in paradise
as the Seraphim love you;
but I am not happy with what you will want to do.
If you only give me one degree of love,
of grace or glory,
I won't ask for more,
since you want it so.
I prefer that your will be fulfilled,
only if I obtained the greatest goods for myself.
So dispose of me, O God,
as you will hear,
and pay no attention
at my own will.
Whatever the treatment
that you will make me suffer, sweet or bitter,
pleasant or painful I accept it with joy,
because both
will come to me from your hand.
I also specially accept,
my Jesus, my death
and the tribulations that will accompany it,
the way,
at the place and at the time
that you will have determined.
I unite them, my Savior,
with your holy death,
and I offer them to you as a tribute
of the love I have for you.
I want to die to satisfy,
and thus accomplish your will.

To God, the being above all, nothing is impossible. Everything is possible with him. Whatever difficulties you find yourself in, trust in him, have faith. Pray to him and he will answer you.

Let us entrust ourselves to him, ask him for the grace to be a reflection of his love for mankind. Let us entrust ourselves to him and be attentive to the different signs and messages that he sends us every day, within us or outside us through our fellow human beings.
