to God Forgiveness Blessing Purification
Lord, I am on my knees before you,
begging you for all my sins
which I have committed in thought, word
by deed and omission
either by offending you
by offending my neighbours or myself.
Lord God Almighty
be with me always,
let your light shine upon me,
I who am a sinner
may your light open my eyes
