Saint Anne Self-confidence Saints
Good Saint Anne,
I turn to you with a painful but trusting heart.
Suffering has entered my life,
the future worries me,
anguish embraces me.
I turn to you
in the hope of finding healing,
comfort, and peace.
Saint Anne, do not remain deaf to my call.
Listen to my prayer and the cry of my heart.
I want to do my best,
to live in trust,
accept the help offered by my friends and relatives.
You are the great comforter of the afflicted.
Present me to your Grandson Jesus.
I trust that
if you pray with me
the Lord will lean over me and comfort me.
Good Saint Anne,
throughout the centuries,
many sick people have received proof of your compassionate listening.
People whose bodies were bruised,
in body, mind and heart have regained a taste for life.
I therefore pray to you with confidence,
not only for myself,
but for all the sick in my family
and all over the world,
especially for those who are at the end of their lives.
Amen.
