INVOCATION
How long, O LORD, shall I cry, and thou wilt not hear? How long shall I cry unto thee because of violence, and thou wilt not deliver me? Why have you shewed me iniquity and perverseness? Why do you make me see desolation and violence before me, and people who stir up strife and quarrels?
For this reason the law is weakened and the law is no longer upheld; for the wicked surround the righteous; because of this a perverse judgment is pronounced.
Saint Pexine, whose prayers heal convulsions, pray for me.
ORAISON
In the wounds of Jesus, my Savior, I find an abundant ransom, streams of grace, and the strength to live a life pleasing to Him. If an evil thought comes to my mind, I take refuge in the wounds of Jesus. If the weight of the flesh causes my soul to lean towards the earth, I rise up contemplating the wounds of my divine Master. So be it.
