Hail, Star of the Sea, Holy Mother of God,
You ever-virgin, blessed gateway to heaven...
Break the chains of sinners, give light to the blind, deliver us from our miseries, obtain for us the true goods.
Show us that you are a mother, and that through you Christ accepts our prayers, who was born for us and accepted to be your son.
Virgin without equal and gentle of all, obtain for us the forgiveness of our faults, make our hearts humble and pure. Grant us a holy life, make our path safe so that, contemplating Jesus, we may share your joy without end.
Let us pray: Mary, in this month dedicated to you, I come to you. You know all the intentions of my heart, I trust in you and in your intercession with Jesus your Son, our Saviour. Listen to my prayer... (express your intentions in silence)
