Start with daily prayer:
Praised be the Lord, the God of Israel who delivers us by the hand of his servant Philomena! He left us under oppression but he took pity on us and forgave us all our trespasses! May the enemy never take us hostage again! May our lives never again be given to him out of wickedness. We have stirred up the anger of the Lord. May by his Holy Will, he deliver us from it through Saint Philomena!
Then continue with the intention of the day corresponding to each day:
Day 1: By the holy will of the Lord, may all harmful psychic oppression of the enemy be broken with the sword of Philomena on this day and forever!
2nd day: By the holy will of the Lord, that the sword of Philomena be broken all the bonds of machination, vicious circle, bewitchment, spells, etc. (depending on what you are going through), on this day and forever!
3rd day: By the holy will of the Lord, may any bond of perdition be broken by the sword of Philomena. To this end, failure, desolation, aridity, spiritual desert, leave us on this day and forever!

7th day, to say 7 times: By the holy will of the Lord, may all depression, loneliness, division (family, community, ..) be broken by the sword of Philomena, and may peace return on this day and forever! Amen.
