inner healing healing physical illnesses
Lord Jesus,
you who during your life on earth
were moved with compassion
before the sufferings of men
you restored health to the sick
and brought joy to their families.
We pray for N... who is suffering from illness.
We do for him
everything humanly possible.
You are the master of all life
and we feel powerless
because our lives are not in our hands.
We offer you the sufferings of N... and ours
and unite them with your passion.
May this illness
help us to understand the meaning of life that comes from you,
and grant N... the gift of health in body and soul
so that together we can
give you thanks and praise without end.
