Saint Bibiana is invoked against headaches and to obtain healing from intestinal obstructions.
Saint Bibiana was born in Rome to Christian parents. His father died martyred. Her mother, sister and herself were condemned to starve; but they were fed in secret by an angel. So Julian the Apostate had the mother beheaded, hoping in this way to overcome the resistance of the two sisters. During their final appearance before Julian the Apostate, Bibiana's sister had the good fortune to die without suffering. Bibiana was tied to a post and beaten with rods fitted with iron tabs until death ensued. She received her crown of glory after this long ordeal on December 3, 363.

Invocation:
Pour out, Lord, in me and in all that concerns me, the abundance of your blessings; May the merits and intercession of Saint Bibiana be a source of graces to me, and may this blessed martyrdom be glorified, O my God, by the healing which I hope and expect from your goodness, through Our Lord Jesus Christ. So be it.
Saint Bibiana, who through your intercession heal excessive headaches and intestinal obstructions, pray for us.

Prayer:
O Savior of the world! For the gentle and light yoke with which you have loaded our shoulders, we have loaded yours with the crushing weight of the most cruel torments, which a love alone like yours could bear. Your sadness, and the bloody sweat which you poured out in the Garden of Olives, is like the first bunch from which flowed the wine of salvation and of grace for the chaste daughter of Judas your holy Church. It is here that you become quite a consort of blood to her, as you had begun to be in your circumcision. So be it.
