Manipulation, defamation, usurpation, sabotage, unhealthy competition, poisoning, magical practices, etc. are all means used by ill-intentioned colleagues to neutralise others and achieve the desired professional advancement. You only have to listen to the conversations to get an idea.
Many workers (especially those with proven skills) live in anxiety. Going to work is like going to war. In the office, one is regularly on the alert. Careers and lives are at risk. Incompetent or less competent people, who are desperate to keep their livelihoods, do not skimp on the means they use to achieve their ends
It would be naïve to imagine a paradise, a long quiet river where one would sail smoothly in professional environments where egos are put forward.
For people who still have some human values, some morals on which they rely in order not to harm others under any circumstances, the spiritual help of the Most High remains the main asset.
