+ Lord my God! You know how much I suffer in my heart. Look at my poor heart won over by bitterness, because disappointed with life. See all the distress and desolation that ended up making me smile. I lost the joy of living because my heart is deprived of peace and quiet, because I am alone, abandoned, rejected, left behind. Lord, extend an attentive ear to me, for I am your child and You are my only recourse! Don't give up on me because my life is all I have. I am waiting for you to deliver me from the loneliness of my celibacy, if marriage is my vocation.
+ Yes, Lord you can do it for me, in Jesus Name because you turn deserts into rivers. Save me, deliver me from this situation that I find it harder and harder to endure, You who are my God and my only support. Think and heal the wounds of my heart and the frustrations of my soul. Remove from me all bad thoughts, all bad feelings (resentment, backbiting, revenge…).
+ Deign to purify the motivations that guide me in this request. Let it not be for me to do like the others or to be proud of wearing a wedding ring on my finger. If such thoughts existed in me, I pray Lord, tear them out and make pure the reasons for my request.
+ Lord, allow me, by Your mercy, to rediscover the joy of living and above all, peace. Give me the grace to find the man (woman) of my life, my soul mate that You intended for me at the time of my conception so that I can with him (her), found a stable home as you want it. Lord, because You destined me for a man (a woman), I remain incomplete without him (her).
+ I beg you to break any obstacle to our union. I also ask you to prepare me for my function as a spouse, so that this grace that You are going to grant me bears fruit in me. From now on, I am dedicating this home to you, which you will allow me to found in your great mercy towards me. Thank you for hearing me, in the Name of Jesus my Lord.
