Psalm 104
1 Bless Yahweh, my soul. Yahweh, my God, you are so great! Dressed in splendor and splendor,
2 draped in light like a cloak, you spread the heavens like a tent,
3 you build your upper rooms over the waters; making clouds your chariot, you advance on the wings of the wind;
4 You take the winds for your messengers, and for your servants a flaming fire.
5 You set the earth on its foundations, steadfast forever and ever.
6 Thou coveredest it with the deep as with a garment; on the mountains stood the waters.
7 At your rebuke they flee; at the voice of your thunder they escape;
8 they leap over the mountains, they go down the valleys to the place which you have appointed them;
9 You set a limit that must not be crossed, that they do not return to cover the earth.
10 In the ravines you make springs gush forth; they go through the midst of the mountains;
11 They water all the beasts of the field; the onagers quench their thirst;
12 the bird of the heavens sojourns near them; under the leaves he lifts up his voice.
13 From your upper rooms you water the mountains; the earth is satisfied with the fruit of your works;

14 you make the grass for the cattle to grow, and the plants for the use of humans, that they may draw bread from the earth
15 and wine which rejoices the heart of man, that the oil may make faces shine, and the bread strengthens the heart of man.
16 The trees of Yahweh are satisfied, the cedars of Lebanon which he planted;
17 there the sparrows nest, the stork on their tops has heralded;
18 to the chamois, the high mountains, to the hyraxes, the shelter of the rocks.
19 He made the moon to mark the times, the sun knows its setting.
20 You set the darkness, it is night, all the beasts of the forest move in it.
21 The lion cubs roar after the prey and cry out to God to eat them.
22 When the sun rises, they withdraw and go to their lairs to lie down;
23 man goes out for his work, to do his work until evening.
24 How many are your works, Yahweh! all with wisdom you made them, the earth is filled with your wealth.
25 Behold the great sea with wide arms, and there the innumerable stirring of beasts small and great,
26 There are ships going about, and Leviathan, which you formed to laugh at.
27 They all hope of you that you give them to eat in due time;
28 You give them, they pick up, you open your hand, they are satisfied.
29 You hide your face, they are terrified, you take away their breath, they die, to their dust they return.
30 You send out your breath, they are created, you renew the face of the earth.
31 Forever be the glory of Yahweh, may Yahweh rejoice in his works!
32 He looks at the earth, it trembles, he touches the mountains, they smoke!
33 I want to sing to Yahweh as long as I live, I want to play for my God as long as I last.
34 May my language please him; I have joy in Yahweh!
35 Let sinners perish from the earth, and wicked people never again! Bless Yahweh, my soul.
