During a storm at sea, when there is no help, mix together rose oil, water, salt and resin, pronounce over it with voice this psalm and the Holy Name JRAEN, then pour the mixture of oil in the waves of the sea while reciting the prayer.
The prayer is as follows:
God of the Universe, it is you who regulate the movement and the roar of the sea and who calm the terrible sound of its waves. Please, for the sake of your Holy Name JEHACH to calm the storm and mercifully deliver us from this danger. Amen SELAH!
If one has a request to the king, or to another great personage, then recite this psalm on the mixture of olive oil and resin and at the same time think of the Holy Name JEHACH. With this mixture, anoint the face and say a good prayer appropriate to the circumstance and be sure that you will be given the requested favor.
Psalm 21
21.1
(21: 1) To the Chief Musician. Psalm of David. (21: 2) Lord! the king rejoices in your powerful protection. Oh! how your help fills him with joy!

(21: 3) You gave him what his heart wanted, And you did not refuse what his lips asked for. -Pause.
21.3
(21: 4) For you warned him by the blessings of your grace, you put on his head a crown of pure gold.

(21: 5) He asked you for life, you gave it to him, A life long forever and ever.
21.5
(21: 6) Great is his glory because of your help; You place upon him splendor and magnificence.
21.6
(21: 7) You make him an object of blessing forever, You fill him with joy before your face.
21.7
(21: 8) The king trusts in the Lord; And, by the goodness of the Most High, he does not waver.
21.8
(21: 9) Your hand will find all your enemies; your right hand will find those who hate you.
21.9
(21:10) You will make them like a fiery furnace on the day that you show yourself; The Lord will destroy them in his anger, and fire will devour them.
21.10
(21:11) Thou shalt destroy their seed from the earth, and their seed from among the children of men.
21.11
(21:12) They have planned evil against you, They have designed evil designs, but they will be powerless.
12.21
(21:13) For you will turn their backs on them, and you will shoot them with your bow.
21.13
(21:14) Arise, O Lord, with your strength! We want to sing, celebrate your power.
