Saint Hospitius or Sospis in french mainly heals diseases that come to the hands.
This hermit, who lived in the 6th century, retired near Nice in a peninsula which was later called Saint-Hospice peninsula. He lived there in the most complete retreat, eating little and spending his time praying. His macerations were frightening because he fought against the devil who wanted to degrade this beautiful soul. Many miracles took place at his tomb and the city of Nice is fortunate enough to possess a few relics of this great Saint.

INVOCATION:
Oh my God! you who possess in an incomprehensible abundance all that can ever be perfect and worthy of love, do that I love nothing but you alone or for you, and that, through the intercession of Saint Hospitius, your servant, the goods temporal that I will obtain from your kindness do not distance me from your service. We pray to you through Our Lord Jesus Christ. So be it.
Saint Hospitius, so powerful to help us in all our sorrows and the trials of this life, pray without ceasing for us.

PRAYER:
Our love for you, O Jesus! is the source of courage, of pure morals, of chaste desires and of all virtues; it is he who gives our actions all their glory, merit and value; it is he who crowns the rewards and the glory of Heaven. O my Jesus! O love full of sweetness! fill my soul with your delights. So be it.
