In the name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. So be it.

Most Glorious Prince of the Heavenly Militia, Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in the fight against princes and powers, against rulers of this dark world, against evil spirits spread in the air. Come to the aid of the men whom God made in the image of his own nature and redeemed at a great price from the tyranny of the demon.

The Holy Church venerates you as its guardian and protector. To you the Lord has entrusted the mission of bringing redeemed souls into heavenly bliss. Pray therefore to the God of peace, to crush Satan under our feet so that he can no longer hold men in his chains and harm the Church. Offer our prayers to the Most High, so that the Lord may have mercy on us without delay.
