Prayer to Saint Gerebaud to be cured of dysentery

Saint Gérébaud was Bishop of Bayeux. In spite of his virtues, charities and miracles, or perhaps because of them which triggered jealousies, he was the victim of slander and was thrown into the sea with a stone around his neck. But God, who never forsakes his servants, miraculously saved him.
Saint Gerebaud healed all those who came to him and gained great fame during an epidemic of dysentery which threatened his good city of Bayeux; not only did the epidemic cease as soon as the saint began to pray, but all the sick were healed. It is in memory of this miracle that Saint Gerebaud is invoked to be cured of dysentery and especially of epidemic dysentery.

Invocation:
Yes, Lord, I must confess to the glory of your name that your fatherly goodness never forsakes its faithful servants, and that your mercy extends even to sinners, in consideration of the merits of the saints; Deign therefore, O my God, to grant me, through the merits of Saint Gerebaud, a perfect healing, so that I may bless your name here below and throughout all eternity. So be it.
Saint Gerebaud, be auspicious to us and save us from any fatal or epidemic dysentery.

Prayer:
You have granted it to me, this most beautiful part of my life, Lord, so that I can prepare myself happy days at the end of my career; I will use them for this purpose. While my evil inclinations are still weak, and I can straighten them easily, I want to repress them, helped by your grace, and submit them to your holy law; I won't let them become angry passions that would tear my heart apart. I don't know what's in store for me, Lord; I do not know what trials await me, what dangers threaten me, what tribulations are prepared for me: I am going to exercise myself in vigilance, wisdom, patience, strength, courage, in the practice of all the Christian virtues, so that in the hour of temptation I will be ready to fight. Grant me this grace, O my God! let me sow in my early years, so that in my last days I may reap a bountiful harvest. So be it.
