Almighty God,
Father of mercies,
take a compassionate look
on your Church.
Lord, humble,
confound and scatter his enemies,
who are the enemies
of your glory and your name,
and which cause so much pain
to your real children.
Holy Father,
keep us all
in the purity of faith;
assist with your special graces
the kings and princes of the earth,
that they may rule according to your holy will,
the peoples you have given them to rule;
that they protect your Church,
and he secures his freedom.
Illuminate with your divine lights
those who are blind,
so that obedient to your Church,
we all arrived together
to eternal bliss.

To God, the being above all, nothing is impossible. Everything is possible with him. Whatever difficulties you find yourself in, trust in him, have faith. Pray to him and he will answer you.

Mercy comes from the Latin misereri which means to have mercy and cor (heart).
Mercy is the deep attitude of the being characterised by the loving disposition to forgive. Sensitivity to the misery and suffering of others and a fundamental benevolence towards one's neighbour. This is one of the attributes of God that explains his entire plan for the salvation of humanity.
God's goodness is infinite because it is one aspect of his mercy (Ps 86:5).
