Saint Pancras is invoked against false testimony.
Saint Pancras was a young Roman who was converted to the Christian faith at a very early age. In those cruel times of persecution, he was not afraid to affirm his faith in Jesus Christ. He was subjected to the most dreadful torments without ceasing to speak the name of Jesus with fervour, and died, a martyr of his faith, in 304.

INVOCATION:
Consider, Lord, that I am forsaken and helpless, that my heart is given over to trouble and sorrow. Come to my aid, and may Saint Pancras, your glorious martyr, intercede for us, so that through the effectiveness of his prayers, we may obtain all the consolations we expect from your adorable justice. We pray to you through Our Lord Jesus Christ. So be it.
Saint Pancras, who is effectively invoked against false testimony, pray for us, and assist us with all your power.

PRAYER:
Great God, delivered to the calumny and bad faith of my persecutors, covered with disgrace before men, always easy to be persuaded of anything that dishonors your servants, I come to ask you to come to my aid, you who can show the malice of those who accuse me, confuse their imposture, and take cover from the poisoned darts they keep hurling at me.
It would be useless, O my God, to justify me in your presence. I bring before you enough other iniquities that I cannot deny, and that I will not cease to atone with my tears. But for those of whom I am accused, you know, great God, that I am innocent of it, and that my hands have never been stained with crimes imputed to me. It is not, Lord, that the deep depravity of my heart does not enable me; but your grace has preserved me, and I only publish your gifts, loudly protesting my innocence. So be it.
