May 4: The Resurrection
The fourth joy is given to you, O Virgin, at the moment when Christ rises from the dead on the third day. Through this mystery, faith is strengthened, hope is reborn, death is driven away. The enemy is defeated; the captive is delivered. Through this joy, O Mary, pray for us that we may be counted, after the labours of this life, among the inhabitants of heaven.
