We want to keep our loved ones, children, friends, and even ourselves safe throughout the day, emotionally and physically. It’s a natural instinct to protect the things we love most in our life, and lucky for us that we have a little extra help to make sure that they stay safeguarded. Our Lord is always watching out for us, even when we may not realize it or think about him during the busiest moments in our days. But, when we want that extra feeling of safety or crave a little satisfaction knowing that God is listening, there are prayers for protection to read, say, and meditate on.
Never underestimate what the power of prayer can do in any situation. God knows exactly what we need, when we need it. So whether you’re calling for protection on yourself, your home, your children, or simply the world, know that the Lord is listening, and he will answer when the time is right.
Prayer:
Father, here I am before Your throne with a heavy heart and an anxious mind.
Come, Lord, and fill me with Your Holy Presence.
Let me rest and be at peace. Let me feel Your protection.
Let me feel as if I’m under the shadow of Your wings.
Safe, hidden, and secure in You. Only You can give and take it all.
I pray, Father, please take my fear away and give me Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
You know that my life is in Your hands. My trust and my hope is on You alone, Father.

To God, the being above all, nothing is impossible. Everything is possible with him. Whatever difficulties you find yourself in, trust in him, have faith. Pray to him and he will answer you.

Jesus Christ is a central figure in Christianity. He is regarded as the incarnation of God.
