Saints healing physical illnessesIn the Lower Rhine, on the very spot where Saint Landelin or Landelinus was martyred for refusing to deny his faith, two fountains gushed out, whose waters are said to cure a great many illnesses; in particular, women suffering from vaginitis find great relief here. Saint Landelin is especially prayed to for the cure of vaginitis.
INVOCATION:
O God, who granted Blessed Landelin the gift of having us bless your name with the joy that we will receive from the healing that we hope from his prayers and from your kindness, so that, full of strength and life, we may serve you perfectly and praise you eternally in the company of your saints. We pray to you through Our Lord Jesus Christ. So be it.
Saint Landelin, who is for us, with God, the source of the most special favors, pray for us.
PRAYER:
O ineffable love of my Jesus, how rich you are, how humble you are, how powerful you are! it is through you that God deigned to take our nature, and that the man-God died on the cross. Alas! he is poor, very poor, the poorest of all, the one who does not have you. So be mine, love of my crucified Jesus. So be it.
