Saints Self-confidence
I am accused of mixing jokes, jokes and joyful remarks with the most serious subjects. With Horace, I believe that one can tell the truth while laughing. It is probably also more appropriate for me as a layman to transmit his thoughts in a light-hearted and playful way, rather than in a serious and solemn way, like preachers.

Give me a good digestion, Lord, and also something to digest.
Give me the health of the body with the sense of keeping it at its best,
Give me a holy soul, O Lord, who has his eyes on beauty and purity, so that he will not be frightened when he sees sin, but will know how to right it.
Give me a soul that is unaware of boredom, groaning and sighing.
Do not allow me to worry too much about that cumbersome thing I call "me".
Lord, give me humour so that I may draw some happiness from this life and share it with others.
