Which you granted us through Jesus, your Servant.

Like this broken bread once spread over the mountains,

Gather your Church from the ends of the earth.
In your Kingdom.
Yes, to You is glory and power,
Through Jesus Christ in the ages!
We give you thanks, O Holy Father,
For your holy name
Which you have sheltered in our hearts,
For knowledge, faith and immortality
That you granted us through Jesus your child.
Glory be to You forever and ever!
Remember, Lord, to deliver your Church
From all evil and perfect it in your love.
Gather, the four winds,
The Church that you have sanctified,
In the Kingdom that you have prepared for him.
For thine is the power and the glory
