Anxiety is not a laughing matter. It can paralyze us and, thus prevent us from moving forward.
Let’s then approach the Throne of our Lord and ask Him to help us overcome anxiety and all other associated emotions. Below is a prayer you can use to place your trust in God when you are anxious and worried in your life.
Of course, we can trust God to give us peace when anxiety strikes.
But, remember...

Yes, I put my trust in You, Oh God.
I trust You with all my heart and I do not want to lean on my own understanding.
I trust You with the answers to my prayers.
I trust You with my faith and my eternal salvation.
I trust You with my temptations, struggles, and Your help from above.
I trust You with my fear, anxiety, pain, sorrow, and Your deliverance from them.
I trust You with the change that You want to see in me and for those I want to see.
I trust You with the health of my body and the well-being of my mind.
I trust You with my business, job and finances.
I trust You with my family and anyone dear to me.
I trust You with all my plans and their final outcomes.
I trust You with the next problem and its victory.
I trust You with the little details and the big picture.
I trust You with the next steps of my journey in life.
I trust You with my future. I trust You with the unknown.

To God, the being above all, nothing is impossible. Everything is possible with him. Whatever difficulties you find yourself in, trust in him, have faith. Pray to him and he will answer you.

Jesus Christ is a central figure in Christianity. He is regarded as the incarnation of God.

He lives as a Jewish believer, goes to the synagogue, observes the Sabbath. He weeps, gets angry, experiences sadness, fatigue and thirst, compassion and even anguish. Jesus is known for his natural authority.
With all the miracles he performed, Jesus is the one to whom prayers should be addressed no matter what difficulties one faces.

The road to God is far from being a long, quiet river. It is strewn with all kinds of pitfalls, including temptations. All those who are spiritually inclined know something about this.
Every day, the attacks of the evil one, who acts through thoughts or our fellow men, are without respite. Awake or asleep, temptations come from all sides.
