When attacked by a mean dog, recite this psalm quickly and the dog will not hurt you.
Psalm 58
58.1
(58: 1) To the Chief Musician. <> Hymn of David. (58: 2) Is it then by being silent that you do justice? Is this how you judge righteously, son of man?
58.2
(58: 3) Far from it! In the heart you consume iniquities; In the country, it is the violence of your hands that you place on the scale.
58.3
(58: 4) The wicked are perverted from the womb, Liars go astray when they come out of their mother's womb.
58.4
(58: 5) They have a venom like the venom of a snake, Of a deaf asp that closes its ear,
58.5
(58: 6) Who does not hear the voice of enchanters, Of the most skillful magician.
58.6
(58: 7) O God, break their teeth in their mouths! O LORD, tear off the jaws of the lion cubs!
58.7
(58: 8) Let them dissipate like flowing waters! Let them only throw blunt lines!
58.8
(58: 9) Let them perish by melting, like a snail; Without seeing the sun, like a woman's runt!
58.9
(58:10) Before your boilers smell of the thorn, Green or on fire, the whirlwind will take it away.
58.10
(58:11) The righteous will rejoice at the sight of vengeance; He will bathe his feet in the blood of the wicked.
58.11
(58:12) And men will say: Yea, there is a reward for the righteous; Yes, there is a God who judges on earth.
