Saints Distress Desperate Causes Saint ExpeditAfter a life devoted to the poor and the sick, Saint Expeditus suffered martyrdom in Armenia. He intervenes particularly in cases of pressing needs and desperate causes. There is always an improvement in the situation each time Saint Expeditus is invoked.
INVOCATION
Saint Expediust, perfect imitator of Jesus Christ, pray for me.
Saint Expeditus, guide and support of those who stumble, pray for me.
Saint Expeditus, herald of the glory of the Savior, pray for me.
Saint Expeditu, who shine in Heaven, pray for me.
Saint Expeditus, flame of divine charity, pray for me.
O great Saint Expeditus, in this urgent need, I turn to you: I expect everything from your intercession. I beseech you, help me.
PRAYER
Lord, Lord Almighty King, all is subject to your power, and nothing can resist your will if you have resolved to save us. You have created everything, you are the master of everything. Now therefore, O Lord our King! have mercy on your people; do not abandon it, this people whom you have chosen for your inheritance: answer our prayers, be favorable to us, turn our tears into joy; we will employ to hire you every day, which you will deign to keep us. So be it.
