Virgin Mary

Virgin of the Poor, you came a long time ago, to this wild and solitary corner, and since then you have not stopped coming, you make signs to each of us, you call us on the way. You smile at us, you say nothing, you walk before us. You lead us into the woods, where the wind whistles, where the Spirit blows, where water gushes from hidden lakes.
Virgin of the Poor, we thank you for having come and for coming again to relieve our solitude and to put us back on the path, to dispel our doubts and our anxieties, and to open us to the Beatitudes.
Virgin of the Poor, teach us to pray more, to believe without reserve, to cry out from the depths of our mire, poor and sinful as we are, prisoners of our comfort, so that we may open our door, open our borders, open our hearts to the calls of our Father and to the distress of our brothers.
Let us pray: Mary, in this month dedicated to you, I come to you. You know all the intentions of my heart, I trust in you and in your intercession with Jesus your Son, our Saviour. Listen to my prayer...(express your intentions in silence)
