Saints Jesus
Let us pray: God, who raised up St. John Bosco to give Youth a teacher and a father, inspire us, through this Prayer and his advice for Youth, with the same love that will make us seek the salvation of our brothers and sisters by serving You alone. Through Jesus Christ, your Son, our Lord...
Prayer 1:
O Saint John Bosco, Father and teacher of youth, you who, docile to the Spirit, transmitted to the Salesian Family the treasure of predilection for the little ones and the poor, teach us to be for them, every day, signs and bearers of God's love and make the very sentiments of Christ the Good Shepherd grow in our hearts. Ask for all the members of your Family the goodness of heart, the tenacity of work, the wisdom of discernment, the courage to give witness to the Church, the generosity of mission. Obtain for us the grace to remain faithful to the Covenant that the Lord has sealed with us, and grant that, led by Mary, we may joyfully walk with young people the path that leads to Love. Amen.
Prayer 2:
O Don Bosco, you gave your whole life to God and to young people. Teach us the joy of serving the Lord and trust in Mary, the help of Christians. Obtain for us the strength to overcome evil, the openness to the needs of the world and the courage to bear witness to our faith. Help us to fulfil our vocation by seeking to do each day what God expects of us. Amen.

Jesus Christ is a central figure in Christianity. He is regarded as the incarnation of God.
The historical existence of Jesus is attested by archaeological research and by the accounts of Roman historians (Flavius Josephus, Tacitus, Suetonius).
At about the age of thirty, Jesus left Nazareth and began an itinerant public life. He calls his disciples and walks with them through Judea and Galilee. He teaches, he heals the sick, casts out demons, walks on water, forgives sins, raises the dead. He is attentive to children. He shares meals, a wedding party, pilgrimages to Jerusalem. He lives as a Jewish believer, goes to the synagogue, observes the Sabbath. He weeps, gets angry, experiences sadness, fatigue and thirst, compassion and even anguish. Jesus is known for his natural authority.
With all the miracles he performed, Jesus is the one to whom prayers should be addressed no matter what difficulties one faces.
