Saint Restitute is invoked to recommend the insane to her and to ask for their cure.
Saint Restitute was born in Rome and, through her prayers and virtue, she obtained from God the grace to die before being forced to marry the bridegroom her father had chosen for her, in order to consecrate her virginity to Jesus Christ her Saviour.

INVOCATION
O Eternal God, who does not disdain to cast the gaze of your providence upon us, to lead us, unworthy as we are, please grant us the grace, by the merits of holy Restitute, that we may obtain a healing that surpasses all our hopes. We pray to you through Our Lord Jesus Christ. So be it.

Saint Restitute, whose charitable intercession makes those for whom you are invoked sound of mind, pray for them.

ORAISON
O tender flower of heavenly glory, soaked with your precious blood, like a holy dew, chaste and holy, jealous of my soul, faithful spouse of those who give themselves to you, I choose you as my possession; I renounce all the false pleasures of this world, and out of love for you I joyfully accept all crosses and afflictions. I desire only you, and I want to serve and love only you. I confess with my heart and mouth that you are my "one" and my "all", the giver of life, the resurrection of the dead and the sanctifier of those to whom you have given life; and in the ardent love with which you have loved us, I unite my prayer to the virtue of yours, so that, after destroying all lust in me, I may, in complete union with you, reach the glorious summit of the highest perfection. So be it.
