SaintsSaint Camilla is invoked particularly by pregnant women against vomiting and various discomforts determined by their condition; and these often experience the salutary effects of his powerful intercession.
INVOCATION:
Jesus, Savior of men, you whom an excess of tenderness has determined to take charge of our sins, to die innocent to redeem us from eternal death, receive, Lord, our humble thanks for having given us in your saints so powerful intercessors. Deign, by the merits of Saint Camélie, to give us all the assistance we ask for from your kindness. Through Our Lord Jesus Christ. So be it.

PRAYER:
When you gave me fruitfulness, O my God, you wanted me to cooperate with your adorable providence, forming in me with my own substance a creature capable of knowing you, of serving you and of loving you; Finish, Lord, your work, deign to bring to perfection the fruit which I bear in me, preserve it from all that could harm it. Do not blame him for my sins, and do not allow my sins to prevent him from coming to a happy end. Give him the grace to be consecrated to you by baptism, and to obey you all his life by faithfully keeping the vows that will be made for him. And you, Holy Virgin, intercede for me with your divine Son: you are the refuge and the consolation of mothers, as you are the most perfect model; have pity on me who wishes to give birth to a child who glorifies your Son and who is devoted to you. So protect me and my fruit, so that one day we may serve you together here below, and honor you forever in heaven. So be it.
