Virgin Mary
Under your care we take refuge, holy Mother of God; do not despise our prayers in our hour of need, but deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin.
Consolation of the afflicted, pray for us; help of Christians, pray for us.
Deign to grant me to praise you, Most Holy Virgin; give me strength against your enemies.
You, my Mother, in whom I place my trust.
Virgin, Mother of God, Mary, pray to Jesus for me.
Most worthy Queen of the world,
Mary still a virgin,
intercede so that we may find salvation and peace
You who have given birth to Christ the Lord and Saviour of all.
Mary, mother of grace,
Mother of mercy,
protect us from the enemy
and receive us at the hour of death.
Come to our help, most tender Virgin Mary, in all our trials, difficulties and needs, and ask your divine Son for me, that He may free us from all evils and perils of soul and body.
Remember, O most merciful Virgin Mary, that it has never been heard that any of those who have had recourse to your protection, implored your assistance and asked for your help have been abandoned. Animated by such confidence, O virgin of virgins, O my Mother, I run to you and, groaning under the weight of my sins, I prostrate myself at your feet. O Mother of the Incarnate Word, do not despise my prayers, but listen to them favorably and deign to answer them. Amen.
