LORD
Everyone is in bed
the children are asleep and I have finished the dishes.
The door is closed, the house is silent.
I feel your presence
and I want to sit down to talk with you,
Lord, before I sleep.
Today
I hardly had time to think about you,
but I know you were with me every moment.
I give you thanks, Lord,
for this day which ends,
and I put everything in your hands.
Thank you for my children, Lord
You know how much I love them!
I know you gave them to me,
they are the best gift I have received from you.
Thanks for my husband
Today he came back tired from work
and went to bed early.
Lord, I entrust it to you,
protect him from perils and temptations.
Give it strength and health.
I pray for all of us who live here, Lord.
I know you look with love on each of us.
I give you thanks for my family, Lord,
I place it in your hands with confidence.
Keep our home together,
may division and evil never enter our hearts.
Tomorrow I have to get up early to draw water
and washing the clothes of children who go to school.
Give me the strength
Give me salvation
Give me love.
Lord I'm going to sleep
but you never sleep.
Every hour of the day and night,
you accompany us and you protect us.
Thank you Lord.
