Jesus Guide Spirituality eternal life
In the name of the Father…
Lord Jesus, you have given us the supreme proof of your love by handing yourself over to death for us (Eph. 5, 2). And you demand that we have a similar love for one another (Jn 15, 12-13). Give us a heart that knows how to love. Ignite the flame of love for God and neighbor in our hearts. Also give us the strength and courage to love our enemies. Bring us together with men and women willing to shower us with love, in word and deed.
Lord Jesus, you were made for us obedient unto death and death from the cross (Phil. 2:8). From the moment of the Incarnation, you presented yourself to God the Father as a victim for the sins of the world in order to redeem us. You responded generously to God's call, saying: "I come, O my God, to do your will. "(Heb 10:6). Give us the same generosity. Make us available at all times for the proclamation of the Gospel.
Lord Jesus, out of love for us, you endured, without complaint, the iniquity of your judgement, the insults of the soldiers, the torments of the scourging, the mockery of the crowning of thorns, the carrying of the cross and finally the supreme torment. Then, without saying anything, you completed your offering for the salvation of the world when you cried out in a loud voice, "I am thirsty! "(Jn 19:28); "It is finished! "(Jn 19:30); "Father, forgive them, they know not what they do"; "Into your hands, Lord, I commend my spirit. "(Lk 23:46). Help us to carry out our duty of state to the end. Teach us to forgive and to accept the happy or unhappy events of life.
Lord Jesus, on the cross you put a curse on yourself for us so that we might be redeemed from every curse and inherit the Father's blessing (Gal 3:13). You are the salvation of those who turn to You, so we want to receive from You our deliverance, our liberation and our healing. For we know that "those who call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Rom 10:13).
Our Father... Hail Mary... Glory be to the Father...

Jesus Christ is a central figure in Christianity. He is regarded as the incarnation of God.
The historical existence of Jesus is attested by archaeological research and by the accounts of Roman historians (Flavius Josephus, Tacitus, Suetonius).
At about the age of thirty, Jesus left Nazareth and began an itinerant public life. He calls his disciples and walks with them through Judea and Galilee. He teaches, he heals the sick, casts out demons, walks on water, forgives sins, raises the dead. He is attentive to children. He shares meals, a wedding party, pilgrimages to Jerusalem. He lives as a Jewish believer, goes to the synagogue, observes the Sabbath. He weeps, gets angry, experiences sadness, fatigue and thirst, compassion and even anguish. Jesus is known for his natural authority.
With all the miracles he performed, Jesus is the one to whom prayers should be addressed no matter what difficulties one faces.
