"They pierced my hands +
And my feet +
They counted all my bones +
They share my clothes +
They draw lots for my tunic +
Look favorably (name of person)
Who suffers from fracture. Heal him (or her) quickly, if it pleases God;
We beg you:

+ In the name of Christ,
