to God thanksgiving in the morning
+ In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Psalm 8: How great is your name!
O Lord, our God, how great is your name in all the earth!
Your splendour is sung to the heavens
3 by the mouths of children, the little ones: a bulwark against the adversary,
where the enemy is broken in his rebellion.
4 To see your sky, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars that you fixas,
5 What is man that thou shouldst think of him, the fils of a man, that thou shouldst care for him?
6 Thou hast willed him a little less than a god, crowning him with glory and honour;
7 You set him over the works of your hands; you put all things at his feet:
8 the herds of cattle and flocks, and even the wild beasts,
9 the birds of the air and the fish of the sea, everything that moves in the waters.
10 O Lord, our God, how great is your name in all the earth!
Prayer: Eternal and almighty God, you are the light of all lights, and the day that never ends; from the morning of this new day we pray to you: may the brightness of your presence, driving away the night of sin, enlighten our hearts.

To God, the being above all, nothing is impossible. Everything is possible with him. Whatever difficulties you find yourself in, trust in him, have faith. Pray to him and he will answer you.

Let us entrust ourselves to him, ask him for the grace to be a reflection of his love for mankind. Let us entrust ourselves to him and be attentive to the different signs and messages that he sends us every day, within us or outside us through our fellow human beings.
