Mary, I have recourse to you
in all my needs
with simplicity, trust and tenderness.
Mary my Mother,
I turn to you
in my doubts
to be enlightened;
in my errors
to be set right;
in temptation
to be sustained;
in my weaknesses
that I may be strengthened;
in times of falling
to be lifted up;
in times of discouragement
to be encouraged;
in scruples
to be removed from them;
in the crosses, labours
and difficulties of life,
to be consoled.
Mary, you are the ordinary recourse of my soul.
Mary, I am not afraid to trouble you
and to displease Jesus
by asking for your prayer
and your intercession.
Most Holy Virgin Mary,
I consecrate myself to you.
Through you to Jesus.
Through Jesus, to the Father.
Most Holy Virgin Mary,
I am all yours.
