Saint Philomena, Virgin and martyr, glorious wife of Christ, give me your spirit, your virtues, your child's heart, intercede for me and pray for me.
You, so compassionate and so sensitive to the loss of souls, I recommend to your tender concern (Name of the person), that you obtain the graces necessary for his conversion and his eternal salvation.
